Thank you for renting the studio. Please review the following information before your rental. These guidelines help us maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for all artists using the space.

STUDIO INFORMATION
Wi-Fi
The Wi-Fi code is located in the drawer of the small desk.

Personal Belongings
White cubbies are available for bags and personal belongings.
Shoes should be placed on the shoe rack or left outside the studio.
FOOD & DRINK
Food and beverages are not permitted on the Marley floor.
Please keep all food and drinks in the seating area.
HEATERS & AIR CONDITIONING
Heaters and air conditioning may be adjusted as needed during your rental.
Before leaving:
· Turn all heaters off.
· Return any moved heaters to their original location.
Heaters should not be moved unless temporarily repositioned for a rehearsal, class, performance preparation, or photo/video shoot.
If moved, they must be returned to their original locations before departure.
MIRRORS
The mirrors are one of the most delicate features of the studio.
Please do not touch, lean against, or place objects against the mirrors.
If you need to cover them for rehearsal, filming, photography, or performance preparation, please pull the white curtains and you can also use white screens located in the bathroom to cover them.
Do not use the pull-down projection screen to cover mirrors.
Please return the screens to their storage location before leaving.
MARLEY FLOOR
The Marley floor is a specialized professional dance surface and requires careful handling at all times.
Please treat the floor with the same level of care you would expect when working in a professional dance venue.
DO NOT
· Drag furniture, equipment, suitcases, or cases across the floor.
· Place unprotected hard objects directly on the Marley.
· Use any object that may scratch, dent, puncture, or mark the floor.
Additional Floor Restrictions
To protect the Marley floor, please do not use:
· Glitter
· Confetti
· Rosin
· Powder
· Body oil
· Massage oil
· Paint
· Tape not specifically approved for dance floors
· Any material that may stain, scratch, contaminate, or leave residue on the Marley surface
If you are planning to use any special materials, props, substances, or effects as part of your rehearsal, class, performance preparation, photo shoot, or film shoot, please obtain approval in advance.
⚠️ We take the care of the Marley floor very seriously.
Damage to the Marley floor affects every artist who uses the space and is costly to repair.
Rentals may be discontinued and repair costs may be charged if the floor shows marks, scratches, dents, tears, or other damage resulting from improper use.
After Your Session
Please clean the Marley floor using the Swiffer and spray bottle provided.
The studio should be restored exactly as you found it.
This includes:
· Furniture placement
· Mirrors and screens
· Heaters
· Cleaning supplies
· Shared equipment
The next renter should enter the studio and find it ready for use.
STUDIO ACCESS
Access to the studio is managed through the exterior keypad system.
Please do not operate any interior locks.
The studio should always be locked from the exterior keypad when your rental has ended.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RENTER
The individual who books the studio is responsible for the space and all guests during the rental period.
As the designated renter:
· You must be the first person to enter the studio.
· You must be the last person to leave.
· You are responsible for ensuring that all studio policies are followed by members of your group.
· You are the only person permitted to lock up the studio.
Please do not delegate opening or closing responsibilities to anyone else.
As the booking party, you are personally responsible for the condition of the studio during your rental period.
If someone in your group leaves belongings behind, please contact us by text or email to arrange retrieval when staff are present.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Please complete the following checklist:
✓ Clean the Marley floor
✓ Return all furniture, equipment, props, and studio materials to their original locations
✓ Restore the studio exactly as you found it
✓ Return any mirror screens or chairs to the bathroom
✓ Turn off heaters
✓ Remove all personal belongings
✓ Take recyclable bottles, cans, and similar items with you
✓ Confirm all guests have exited
✓ Lock the studio
✓ Check the calendar if another renter is scheduled immediately after your booking
